Soychester Sause

- 6-10 oz Lea and Perrins worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 4-6 oz light soy sauce shopping list
- 2 chipotle chili peppers shopping list
- 1/2 large yellow onion, diced shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, diced shopping list
- 1/4 lemon, juiced shopping list
- 2 tbsp basil shopping list
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder shopping list
- 2 tsp Pepper shopping list
- Sprig of mint shopping list
How to make it
- Using a sealable freezer bag, mix the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, gently agitating to assure mixture.
- Chop, dice or leave whole the chipotle peppers and add them to the mixture without washing (so as to keep the adobo sauce)
- Dice, finely or coarsely, half of a strong, large yellow onion and add it to the bag
- Dice and add garlic
- add remaining spices to taste.
- The above measurements are a generalization and all amounts can be changed to taste.
- Place steak in mixture, seal bag and coat the steak letting refrigerate for 4-12 hours.
- Average mixture will marinade about 2 to 3 steaks depending on size
