Ingredients
  • 6-10 oz Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • 4-6 oz light Soy sauce
  • 2 chipotle chili peppers
  • 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/4 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Basil
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • Sprig of Mint

Directions
  1. Using a sealable freezer bag, mix the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, gently agitating to assure mixture.
  2. Chop, dice or leave whole the chipotle peppers and add them to the mixture without washing (so as to keep the adobo sauce)
  3. Dice, finely or coarsely, half of a strong, large yellow onion and add it to the bag
  4. Dice and add garlic
  5. add remaining spices to taste.
  6. The above measurements are a generalization and all amounts can be changed to taste.
  7. Place steak in mixture, seal bag and coat the steak letting refrigerate for 4-12 hours.
  8. Average mixture will marinade about 2 to 3 steaks depending on size
