How to make it

  • Using a sealable freezer bag, mix the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, gently agitating to assure mixture.
  • Chop, dice or leave whole the chipotle peppers and add them to the mixture without washing (so as to keep the adobo sauce)
  • Dice, finely or coarsely, half of a strong, large yellow onion and add it to the bag
  • Dice and add garlic
  • add remaining spices to taste.
  • The above measurements are a generalization and all amounts can be changed to taste.
  • Place steak in mixture, seal bag and coat the steak letting refrigerate for 4-12 hours.
  • Average mixture will marinade about 2 to 3 steaks depending on size
