How to make it

  • 1. Heat the oven to 425 F (220 C).
  • 2. To butterfly the prawns simply slit the prawns lengthways but don't go all the way through and remove the vein.
  • 3. Put the prawns, garlic, chilli or pimenton, sherry and olive oil a large oven proof dish, or pan and mix.
  • 4. Cook for 8 - 12 minutes in the oven, or until the shrimp are pink and sizzling.
  • 5. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with crusty bread & lemon wedges
  • Serve this with Spanish fried rice and a dry white wine.
