How to make it

  • 1. Stir together shrimp or lobster, mayonnaise, olive oil, green onions, red pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season with pepper and garlic salt, then pack the avocado halves with the mixture.
  • 2. Garnish with reserved green onions and a dash of black pepper before serving.
  • Some crusty French bread and a dollop of de vino. See Photo
