A old recipe from my grandmother.....not a usual one.....In the recipe,were farfalle pasta,but,I used tortellini with cheese,to be more consistant.....I like weird combination (like boiled potatoes),and,no sauce. Ingredients
- 100g pasta (like farfalle) shopping list
- 150g potatoes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 100g smoked sausages shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- salt shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mine the onion and stew it in the oil.
- Mixed it with boiled pasta drained,with boiled potatoes sliced round.
- And,add,also sausages,in thin slices,and fryed slices.
- MIx gentle.
- Serve immediately.
