- 3 pounds chicken thighs or thigh and leg portions shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- ½ cup ketchup shopping list
- ¼ cup honey, or half honey and half agave nectar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 ½ teaspoons Siracha shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2. Place chicken pieces in a single layer, skin side up, in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 3. Mix the soy sauce, ketchup, corn syrup and garlic powder in a small bowl. Baste the chicken with the sauce, reserving some sauce for basting during baking. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven, basting approximately every 15 minutes, for 1 hour (or until chicken is done and juices run clear).
- Notes: I like to make extra or double the sauce recipe, and reserve some of the sauce for dipping.
