Spinach And Artichoke Dip

- 1 large package spinach, sauted in olive oil, once cooked squeeze excess water out shopping list
- 1- 12 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped shopping list
- 1- 12 ounce container Tofutti Better then Cream cheese(Dairy and Gluten free) shopping list
- 1-12 ounce container Tofutti Better than Sour Cream shopping list
- 2 sprigs onion sliced shopping list
- Pinch of celery salt shopping list
- Fresh pepper and salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning shopping list
- cheese of your choice for topping shopping list
- 1 square cake pan shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375F,combine all ingredients together and top
- with your favorite cheese.
- Bake in 375F oven for 25 minutes
- serve with Pretzel Crisps.
- 'Being lactose intolerant i find ways i can enjoy eating dips and such.
- A favorite dip at parties. I just adapted it so i could enjoy it also I use Goat Cheese for the topping.
- The Tofutti can be found at most grocery stores. I buy it at Sobey's or
- Super Store.
