Garlic Chicken With Parmesan Wine Sauce

- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- Season chicken breasts with Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a small amount of thyme shopping list
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup white wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley shopping list
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Put a skillet on at medium high and add 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Season the chicken pieces; place them in the skillet. Cook 2-4 minutes a side depending on the thickness. While the chicken is cooking chop up the garlic. When the chicken is just done. Remove to a plate, cover and keep warm.
- 2. Add the garlic to the pan and scrape the bits off the bottom with a wooden spoon. Cook and stir for 30 seconds; add the white wine. Stir let simmer for 1 minute. Stir in grated parmesan cheese and the parsley; Stir it all together and let it come up to a simmer. Put the chicken and the drippings from the plate back into the pan and turn them to coat. Turn off the heat and let it set while you get the remainder of the dinner together. Serve over pasta. Top pasta with chicken and drizzle sauce over both chicken and sauce.
