This is a delicious dip for veggie chips and crudites. It is different than a usual dip and ideal for a more formal get together. (Like impressing your mates' boss!)

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 ounces feta cheese
  • 10 small or 5 large peppadew peppers, removed from brine
  • 1 teaspoon of reserved brine from peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions
  1. Combine the cream cheese, half of the feta cheese, half of the peppers, and all of the remaining ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the rest of the feta cheese and the peppers.
  4. Pulse until chunky.
  5. Chill for 1 hour prior to serving.
