How to make it

  • Have a pot of water on the stove ready to boil.
  • Heat the pot on medium high flame. Add the oil when the oil is hot .
  • Add the anchovy and allow it to dissolve.
  • Add the onion and the hot pepper. use as much pepper as you like according to your taste.
  • After the onion begins to color about five minutes add the garlic saute another minute or two and add a light touch of salt and black pepper.
  • Add the wine allow it to reduce.
  • Add the tomatoes and raise the flame. Bring to a boil .
  • Add the capers and the sliced olives and continue to cook at a brisk boil for another 12 to fifteen minutes.
  • Boil the pasta in the salted boiling water and remove well just under cooked.
  • Add it to the pot of sauce cook until you reach the desired texture add the parsley
  • Plate and serve with fresh grated cheese.
