How to make it

  • 1. Dice and fry Bacon in 1/8 c. oil till almost crispy. Drain and set aside on paper towel.
  • 2. Crumble and fry Sausage in 1/8 c. oil till browned. Drain and set aside on paper towel.
  • 3. Beat eggs in small bowl and add 1/8 lb. cheese (about 1/2 cup). Mix together. Set aside.
  • 4. In a large pot bring enough water to boil and cook Egg Noodles till al-dente.
  • 5. Drain water from Egg Noodles and return to hot pot.
  • 6. Toss hot cooked Egg Noodles, cooked Bacon, cooked Sausage, and Egg and grated Cheese mixture together.
  • (if needed because pot and ingredients are not hot enough cook over low heat till egg mixture is set)
  • 7. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 8. Before serving sprinkle with remaining 1/8 lb. cheese and sprinkle with fresh Parsley.
