Ingredients
  • 500g fish
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 2 1/4 tablesponns cream
  • 3 teaspoons dry vermouth
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Divide fish into 4 parts and dry.
  2. Melt butter and dill.
  3. Stir in cream and vermouth.
  4. Arange fish in a single ayer and cook uncovered for 4 min.
  5. Turn fish and cook for 3 min.
  6. Season to liking
