How to make it

  • Get storage bowl that is big enough to hold all of the above.
  • Wash and slice the cum\cumbers into thin slices.
  • Toss into above bowl.
  • Slice onion how you want to eat it, I half it then third each half then slice in about 1/4 in slices, chopped!
  • Toss them into the same above bowl.
  • Mince the garlic or just add what is minced in the jar in the fridge.
  • Toss vinegar onto this to desired taste.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Shake (with lid on the container) or stir frequently.
  • Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
  • ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
  • I love to add fresh diced tomatoes to this and just before serving I like to add about 1/2 cup sour cream.
  • My Mom did not add the garlic or tomatoes, but it was still a dish to remember!
