  • Combine all ingredients except scallions in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and fold in scallions. Season with salt and pepper. Use as a sandwhich filling or spread on crackers for a snack. Flavors will meld better after sitting in the fridge for a few hours.
