Deviled Ham

- 1 pound smoked ham, cut into 1-inch cubes shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce (Tabasco) add more if you like more heat shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 chopped scallion shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except scallions in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and fold in scallions. Season with salt and pepper. Use as a sandwhich filling or spread on crackers for a snack. Flavors will meld better after sitting in the fridge for a few hours.
