  • remember to wash your kale!!
  • Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onions cook until soft, but not colored. Raise heat to high, add the kale and toss to combine See Photo. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove cover and continue to cook, stirring until any liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice. Toss and then add the Parmesan cheese. Replace the lid for a few minutes for cheese to melt. drizzle honey after cheese is melted.
