Kale With Parmesan And Lemon

- one bunch dinosaur kale thick stems removed and shredded or chopped into bite size pieces shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic chopped shopping list
- 1/4 sliced onions shopping list
- juice of half a lemon- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoons of grated parmesean shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- drizzle of honey shopping list
- crushed red pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- remember to wash your kale!!
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onions cook until soft, but not colored. Raise heat to high, add the kale and toss to combine See Photo. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove cover and continue to cook, stirring until any liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and add the lemon juice. Toss and then add the Parmesan cheese. Replace the lid for a few minutes for cheese to melt. drizzle honey after cheese is melted.
