How to make it

  • In a 12 in non stick skillet,heat oil over med heat until hot.add onion,garlic and fennel seeds,crushed red pepper and 1/2 tsp salt,cook for 5 min or until onion is lightly browned,stir frequently.
  • Stir in chicken and cook 3 min or until chicken is lightly browned,Stir in tomato sauce,heat to boiling,reduce heat to low and simmer 5 min to blend flavors.
  • This makes enough sauce to toss with 1lb of pasta.
