How to make it

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.
  • Add more milk or juice depending on the thickness of the yogurt and milk used.
  • Makes two cups.
  • *We use this same base for any fruit smoothie and just change up the frozen fruit--- Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango or combination thereof. :)
