Brown Buttered Corn w Fresh Basil

- 2 T unsalted butter shopping list
- 3 cups corn kernels (from about 4 ears) shopping list
- 1/4 t salt shopping list
- 1/8 t freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup finely shredded fresh basil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter in a 12" heavy skillet over moderately high heat until the foam subsides and most of butter is golden brown. Add corn, season w/ salt and pepper, and cook, stirring, until tender, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in basil.
