How to make it

  • Microwave your water for 3 to 5 minutes on high.
  • In a french press place the cacao, herbs, spices.
  • I fresh grind my pepper and Pink Himalayan Salt as I make this up every morning.
  • If there is a spice you do not like you may omit it, these are just super good for you.
  • Pour the hot water into the french press.
  • Stir all this well to be sure it is well blended.
  • Put on the plunger, to sort of seal in the heat.
  • Let brew for 6 minutes.
  • Press down the plunger, and pour the liquid into a big cup.
  • Add coconut oil to cup, stir till melted.
  • Add Raw Honey to cup, stir until dissolve.
  • Add vanilla, and oat milk last, it will help cool it down just a touch and make it sip-able!
  • These spices are "superfoods" and super great for you , this is a great way to incorporate them into your life every day.

  • On those mornings I just can NOT seem to wake up, I have been known to add 2 Tablespoons of Blonde Coffee Grounds _ fresh grind them, (superfood) in the french press with the cacao, herbs and spices. Also, note that Starbucks Blonde coffee is really more of a medium coffee. They tend to over roast their beans.
