Cheryl's Sausage Balls

- 1 pound of sausage, (I prefer hot but can use regular ) shopping list
- 3 cups bisquick shopping list
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 egg, well beaten (optional ) shopping list
How to make it
- Get all ingredients at room temperature. Preheat oven 300 degrees. Get cookie sheet but do not grease. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Egg is an optional. It gives more moisture. Using your hands, mix all the ingredients. Roll into balls and lay on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool completely before storing into container. Refrigerate.
- *To heat up wrap in foil then heat in oven for 10 minutes at 300 degrees.
