Sausage In Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray or butter 8x8 pan. Set to one side.
  • Cook sausages – you can either leave whole or cut up into pieces.
  • Mix flour, milk, eggs, pinch of salt together. Pour ½ batter into pan.
  • Add sausages and mix in.
  • Pour remainder on top.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes.
