Easter Sunday Mini Frittatas

- Ricotta drained if fresh 3 Lbs shopping list
- Mozzarella grated 1 Lb shopping list
- 1 Lbs Italian Sausage without casing broken into pieces shopping list
- 12 Jumbo Eggs shopping list
- 1 Cup Locatelli Pecorino shopping list
- 1 Tsp Salt shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 Cup Pint Heavy Cream shopping list
- Unsalted Butter shopping list
- Add all ingredients to list shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl.
- Beat the eggs
- Break the sausage into tiny pieces.
- Add cream.
- Add the Locatelli Pecorino
- Add the ricotta.
- Shred the mozzarella .
- Butter the cup cake holders with butter
- Mix all the ingredients well bake at 350 for 30 minutes on the top rack of a preheated oven. Turn the pan around and bake another 10 to 15 minutes until the tops are golden brown remove from oven allow to cool and serve. The frittatas will deflate significantly.
