How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy with vanilla. Add eggs gradually 1 at a time and mix until blended. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Mash 1/2 cup blueberries and stir into batter by hand. Gently Add rest of the berries mixing with a little flour to coat prior to adding to batter. Grease muffin tins well with butter as well as greasing top of pan so muffins do not stick... Pile mixture high in each cup and sprinkle tops generously with sugar. Bake in a preheated 375* oven for 30 minutes....
