Jelly Roll Amish style Recipe

How to make it

  • Beat yolks and add all ingredients givin in order.
  • Last fold in beaten whites.
  • Pour into greased jelly roll pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • When done turn out onto 10x sugared linen or towel, sprinkled with more 10x sugar and roll.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • This is easy and fast to throw together. Fill with fresh fruit, puddings, cooked fillings the usual JELLY then re-roll. Top with whipped cream or as with the usual jelly roll just sprinkle with 10x powdered sugar on top. Enjoy.
