How to make it

  • Place the ribs in a large pot. Add season salt, broth, and apple juice. Fill with water until the ribs are just covered. Bring the pot to a boil them lower heat to medium and simmer for 1 hour. Turn off the heat and let the ribs sit in the water for 30 minutes. Remove ribs from water and lightly pat dry.
  • Prepare grill for grilling or preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Meanwhile mix all 4 ingredients together for your BBQ sauce. Taste and add more honey if too tangy.
  • Slather BBQ sauce all over ribs. Place on a grill for 20 minutes, basting occasionally with extra BBQ sauce, or place on a foil lined baking sheet in preheated oven for 30 minutes, also basting occasionally. Slice ribs into serving size pieces and enjoy!!
  • *This recipe makes a little extra BBQ sauce than needed :)
