How to make it

  • Crust: using 2 cups of cookie crumb, 1/4 cup sugar, and 6 Tbsp. of butter:
  • mix completely and press unto sides and bottom of buttered 10"
  • spring-pan. Set in freezer for at least 1 hour.
  • Brownie layer: Preheat oven to 350^.
  • Using a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar in high speed for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce speed to low and gradually flour and cocoa powder.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly
  • Mix in chocolate syrup.
  • Fold in PB chips with spatula.
  • Pour into prepared pan, and level with spatula.
  • Bake at 350^ for 45-50 minutes, let cool completely.
  • PB cookie layer:
  • In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until smooth.
  • Add eggs and peanut butter.
  • Gradually add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • Roll dough into log, wrap in plastic and chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Cut log into 1/2" slice.
  • Folls and place over cooled brownie.
  • Cheesecake Preheat oven to 300^
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Pour in SC milk and blend completely.
  • Fold in chips with spatula, evenly.
  • Pour filling over cookie layer;tap pan on counter to release any bubbles .
  • Bake at 300^ for 55-65 minutes, or until center is set. Let cool completely in pan, then chill.
  • Ganache
  • In a small saucepan, bring cream to simmer.
  • Add chocolate, cover and remove from heat.
  • After 5 minutes, remove cover and whisk until smooth.
  • Spread evenly over cooled cake, let run down sides.
  • Top with finely chopped Butterfinger pieces.
