How to make it

  • 1. Split Graham Crackers in half.
  • 2. Empty package of Pudding mix into a medium sized bowl and add milk. Stir to mix.
  • 3. Add Peanut Butter to Pudding mixuture and again stir to mix.
  • 4. Let Pudding mixture sit about 3 minutes to thicken.
  • 5. Spread about 1 heaping Tablespoon of pudding mixture onto one half of Graham Cracker and top with another. Smooth sides of excess pudding mixture.
  • 6. Place squares on a cookie sheet and cover lightly with plastic wrap and freeze till firm.
  • 7. Once squares are firm store in a freezer proof container or zip lock bag.
  • Note: My favorite Graham Cracker to use for this recipe are the Chocolate ones.
  • Yield: Will depend on how thick or thin you make your squares.
