Frozen Peanut Butter Pudding Squares

- 1 (3.9 oz) small package Instant chocolate Pudding mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. Milk shopping list
- 1 c. Peanut butter shopping list
- 2 sleeves of Graham Crackers shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Split Graham Crackers in half.
- 2. Empty package of Pudding mix into a medium sized bowl and add milk. Stir to mix.
- 3. Add Peanut Butter to Pudding mixuture and again stir to mix.
- 4. Let Pudding mixture sit about 3 minutes to thicken.
- 5. Spread about 1 heaping Tablespoon of pudding mixture onto one half of Graham Cracker and top with another. Smooth sides of excess pudding mixture.
- 6. Place squares on a cookie sheet and cover lightly with plastic wrap and freeze till firm.
- 7. Once squares are firm store in a freezer proof container or zip lock bag.
- Note: My favorite Graham Cracker to use for this recipe are the Chocolate ones.
- Yield: Will depend on how thick or thin you make your squares.
