How to make it

  • Saute onions in butter in large saucepan until tender. Add sliced mushrooms and lemon juice. Saute 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add nutmeg. Add soups and milk and mix well. Heat gently, stirring. Mix in cheese and leave on low until cheese melts. Remove and stir in sherry. Cook. spaghetti according to package instructions. Spoon half spaghetti into buttered shallow baking dish. Cover with chicken. Add remaining spaghetti. Pour sauce over chicken. Arrange mushrooms on top. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes.
