How to make it

  • Heat oil in a sauce pot over low heat. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute or until fragrant.
  • Stir in tomatoes and turn up heat to medium. Cook, mashing down tomatoes with a potato masher for about 10-15 minutes, until thickened and tomatoes are broken down.
  • Add Salt and Pepper to taste and cook for another few minutes.
  • Stir in basil and parsley. Spread on your favorite pizza crust and cook!
  • This will spread a generous amount on one 12 inch pizza crust or a thin layer on 2 :) Enjoy!
