Ingredients

This recipe use to have a recipe but over time it became adjusted to our quantity. Trust me you will eat this for light lunches all week!

2 bags broccoli, cut into pieces or 3 bunches broccoli, cut cutting most of the stems off using as much as the tops and cut tops into nice pieces not tiny but not huge pieces.

1 pound bacon fried crumbled add to broccoli, or buy real bacon bits

1 pound bag 14 oz size shredded cheddar cheese, we just use the large one. add to taste.

Dressing mix together

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons vinegar

pour dressing over broccoli salad. May look dry but it needs to sit. If it is make more dressing. Depends on broccoli

Original recipe

1 bunch broccoli, stems removed cut up

1/2 pound shredded cheddar

1/2 pound crumbled fried bacon

dressing: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tblsp vinegar
