How to make it

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, yeast, nuts, seeds, spice).
  • 2. In a small mixing bowl mix wet ingredients (water, banana, maple syrup).
  • 3. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just till all ingredients are absorbed into one another.
  • 4. Cover bowl lightly with plastic wrap and let sit on counter between 12-16 hours.
  • To Bake:
  • 5. Prepare pan, Dutch oven, or clay baking pot according to instructions.
  • 6. Flour hands well. Dough will be very sticky. Work dough into ball adding just enough flour so dough doesn't stick to your hands and place in bake ware. Let sit while oven is preheating.
  • 7. Preheat oven to 425(f).
  • 8. Bake (approximately) 35-45 minutes until bread is done.
