How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray Pam in a large casserole dish. Set aside. Cook macaroni as directed on package. While the macaroni is cooking, in a large skillet with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil or spray, cook chopped vegetables and garlic for 5 minutes or until they're tender. Drain the macaroni and pour into casserole dish and add the vegetables.
  • 2. Cook sausage in same skillet, chopping as it cooks with a slotted spoon. Turn sausage as it cooks until no pink is showing. Drain on paper towel plate. Then add on top of vegetables into the casserole dish.
  • 3.Using a knife cut pepperoni in half. Add pepperoni, drained canned tomatoes (optional), pizza sauce and seasonings and stir until combined.
  • 4. Top with cheese and bake uncovered at 350 degrees until cheese has melted.
  • *You can add any vegetables that you like. You can add more cheese if you like.
