Ingredients

  • 1/2 a box of angel hair pasta, broken in to 1/2 or 1/4th's shopping list
  • broth, favorite, enough to cover cooked noodles shopping list
  • -or- shopping list
  • flavored bouillon, you can make it taste stronger, like ramen really tastes (I have found beef, chicken, pork and vegetable. If any one finds shrimp, please let me know where, I love shrimp ramen!) shopping list
  • meat or tofu, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces, optional shopping list
  • vegetables, your choice, chopped fine, optional shopping list
  • soy sauce, sprinkled across the noodle, to taste, makes it taste more like ramen shopping list

How to make it

  • Cook the angel hair in boiling water seasoned with powdered garlic, powdered onion, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • When done drain and mix with broth, vegetables and protein.
  • Sprinkle with soy sauce.
  • Serve and/or store in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!

  • This makes a large bowl full. So I take a 1/2 cup of the noodles and place them in a snack size ziplock baggie, and then store them in the freezer. When I want some I take out a baggie and microwave it for 2 minutes. Fresh ramen.

  • Also if you will be freezing this, then I use frozen veggies. They just seem to be crispier if they start out frozen.

It really comes out well. I find it kills the craving for ramen, and for me that is a big thing.
