love pies. I love homemade pies. This pie is a fast put together not my usualy type pie I make. But it is so delicious. I just love peaches.

Ingredients
  • Need a 15 oz Ready Pie Crust
  • Filling:
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon flour
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 cup cubed, peeled & sliced peaches (can use canned)
  • ¼ cup melted butter or margarine, sweet of course
  • Topping: I crumble with my fingers to nice crumb. I like it chunky
  • ½ cup chopped Pecans
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup firm packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, sweet (recipe says soften, I prefer cold for nicer chunky crumb)

Directions
  1. In bowl combine everything for filling except peaches & butter
  2. Mix on medium speed.
  3. Stir in peaches and butter.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Sprinkle with topping. Bake
  6. Heat oven to 400 bake for 35-45 minutes
