How to make it

  • Chop your cabbage fairly thinly (or for your preference) with a large knife on a chopping board.
  • Using a large non-stick fry pan, drizzle a good amount of olive oil in the bottom and heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger and cook until soft but not brown.
  • Add chopped cabbage and mix the garlic and ginger in.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes until the cabbage has cooked down and is nice and tender. (Taste a piece) :)
  • Add soya sauce and sesame oil. If you want some extra heat you could also add some red pepper flakes.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve.
