How to make it

  • Mix flour, sugar, soda, powder in medium mixing bowl. Stir in juice, egg, and butter. Mix until well blended. Add chopped cranberries. I used my Ninja smoothie maker to chop the cranberries.
  • Spread in a greases loaf pan.
  • Bake 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
  • Makes 1 loaf. I put mine in 2 smaller pans. I add nuts to one and leave the other plain. Bake about 30 minutes.
