Slow Cooker Bacon-Horseradish Dip Recipe
I love this dip ,of course it gets better as it sits, but when the girls are coming over and they want major snacks; I always try to include this yummy dip.It's a cinch done in a slow cooker.

Ingredients
  • 3 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 12-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. half-and-half
  • 1/3 c. green onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 T. prepared horseradish
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • corn chips or assorted crackers

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except bacon and chips or crackers in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 5 hours, or on high setting for 2 to 2-1/2 hours, stirring once halfway through .
  3. Stir in bacon.
  4. Eat cooled or room temp.
  5. Serve with corn chips , potato chips or crackers.
  6. Makes 7 to 8 cups.

I agree with pat I LOVE the cold so this sounds good!!! I like to eat the cold with those big crunchy pretzles!
