Asparagus and Cashews

- 1 bunch asparagus stalks with the ends cut shopping list
- 1/2 cup cashews, chopped shopping list
- 1 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp sesame oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh ginger root, minced shopping list
How to make it
- In a wok, heat olive oil and sesame oil over low to medium heat. Stir in ginger, and stir-fry until slightly brown. Add in the asparagus, and stir-fry for a few minutes more prior to adding the soy sauce and cashews. Stirring frequently, cook the asparagus until it is tender, but still has a crisp and is bright green in color.
