How to make it

  • In a wok, heat olive oil and sesame oil over low to medium heat. Stir in ginger, and stir-fry until slightly brown. Add in the asparagus, and stir-fry for a few minutes more prior to adding the soy sauce and cashews. Stirring frequently, cook the asparagus until it is tender, but still has a crisp and is bright green in color.
