Asparagus And Cashews Recipe
A different dish to try at your special gatherings. Great for those who don't care too much for asparagus - they're sure to love this dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus stalks with the ends cut
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger root, minced

Directions
  1. In a wok, heat olive oil and sesame oil over low to medium heat. Stir in ginger, and stir-fry until slightly brown. Add in the asparagus, and stir-fry for a few minutes more prior to adding the soy sauce and cashews. Stirring frequently, cook the asparagus until it is tender, but still has a crisp and is bright green in color.
