Homemade Tortillas

- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 3 tbsp vegetable or olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Make the dough
- Whisk flour and salt well until combined.
- Make a well in center and add water and oil.
- Mix until a dough forms (if dough is too wet, add 1 tbsp. of flour at a time).
- Knead for 5 minutes until dough is smooth. Let dough rest for 5 minutes.
- 2 Cut and cook
- Cut dough into 10 equal portions.
- Roll out one at a time to desired thickness (cover remaining dough with damp Microfiber Towel).
- Cook one at a time on ungreased griddle until fully cooked on both sides (flip when top looks dry and bubbles form).
- Repeat process with remaining tortillas.
