How to make it

  • 1 Make the dough
  • Whisk flour and salt well until combined.
  • Make a well in center and add water and oil.
  • Mix until a dough forms (if dough is too wet, add 1 tbsp. of flour at a time).
  • Knead for 5 minutes until dough is smooth. Let dough rest for 5 minutes.
  • 2 Cut and cook
  • Cut dough into 10 equal portions.
  • Roll out one at a time to desired thickness (cover remaining dough with damp Microfiber Towel).
  • Cook one at a time on ungreased griddle until fully cooked on both sides (flip when top looks dry and bubbles form).
  • Repeat process with remaining tortillas.
