Orange Marmalada

- 1 medium navel orange shopping list
- 1/2 c. of sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. of water shopping list
How to make it
- First you wan to select Navel oranges that have the thinnest peel.
- Note: If your oranges is large double the amount of water and sugar.
- Next you want to wash the orange thoroughly.
- Then cut off both ends of the orange.
- Now cut the orange in half, cut each half in about eight sections.
- Next you want to place the orange sections in the food processor and pulse until the peel in is tiny pieces.
- Now in a medium saucepan place the processed orange, the water and the sugar and bring to a gentle boil.
- Let this boil for 15 approx. minutes, stirring frequently.
- This needs to let cool, then place in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Refrigerate.
- When the jamis cold it is ready to eat.
- I use 1/2 c. of sugar and 1/2 c. of Splenda..
