Bacon-wrapped Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless - 4 Chicken Tenderloins as sub shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded - Mozzarella might work too shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons green onion, chopped shopping list
- 8 pieces bacon, raw shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the chicken breasts in half, so you have 4 pieces of equal size.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, chopped green onions and the shredded cheese together.
- Placed 1/4 of this mixture in the center of each piece of chicken.
- Spreading this cheese mixture over the whole side evenly.
- Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast, and insert a toothpick at the meeting of the 2 bacon strips and maybe one on each end.
- Place on wire rack, cheese side up - to begin with - be sure you have a grease catching try in the Air Fryer Oven, at 370 degrees F for 20 minutes..
- You could turn them over for another 5 minutes if they are not done to your liking.
