Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

- 5 cups fresh or frozen rhubarb (thaw and drain) shopping list
- 1-6oz package strawberry gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1-18 1/4 box of yellow cake mix shopping list
How to make it
- Place rhubarb in a greased 13x9 pan.
- Sprinkle with gelatin, sugar, and marshmallows.
- Prepare cake mix according to the package.
- Pour batter over marshmallows.
- Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick test comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Invert cake onto a serving platter.
