How to make it

  • Mix the ingredients together for the chocolate pudding. Set aside.
  • Measure out 2.5 ounces of pudding mix into a bowl and to that add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of peanut butter and mix well. Let mixture stand a minute or two to thicken. Mixture should be thick and hold it's shape. Add more dry pudding mix if needed.
  • Take 12 graham crackers and break each in half.
  • Spoon and spread pudding mix onto each half of a graham cracker till contents of bowl is distributed.
  • Top each half of graham cracker with another and gently press to adhere.
  • Place on cookie sheet and place in freezer till frozen thru.
  • Store in a freezer container or zip lock bag.
  • Enjoy.
