Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large bowl mix together the cream, water, salt, and 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Warm in microwave (scant thirty seconds)
  • Sprinkle yeast on top and let “proof” for ten minutes. It should be bubbly.
  • Beat in the flour the liquid, cover the bowl with a tea towel, and let rest for forty-five minutes.
  • You should have a happy, bubbling batter.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave in a small glass bowl (30 seconds)
  • Mix together the second amount of brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Heat the George Foreman, and brush with melted butter.
  • Pour a half cup batter at a time, sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon, and close.
  • I timed each waffle at one minute, forty-five seconds.
  • Brush wiith melted butter between each waffle.
  • Repeat until batter is gone.
  • Enjoy.

This is a great idea for my now not being used Forman. I got an Air Fryer Oven! I am for sure going to try this out!
