My Evening Smoothie

- 1/2 cup orange juice, helps your body absorb calcium & superfood shopping list
- 1 raw egg, shell and all, superfood shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, superfood shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seeds, superfood shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon flax seeds, superfood shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon raw honey, superfood shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon coconut Oil and Ghee Mixture shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder, superfood shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, superfood shopping list
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, superfood shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom shopping list
- 1/5 teaspoon Shatavari Root, that is a shallow dash shopping list
- 1/5 teaspoon Ashwagandha Root, that is a shallow dash shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh bee pollen shopping list
- dash of fresh ground pepper, helps your body utilize turmeric shopping list
- Pink Himalayan Salt, to taste, full of minerals we need, superfood shopping list

- 1/4 cup strawberries, superfood shopping list
- 1/4 cup blueberries, superfood shopping list
- 1/4 fresh chopped beet, superfood shopping list
- 1/2 avocado, superfood shopping list
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt, superfood shopping list
- 1 serving protein powder, your favorite flavor shopping list
- 1/2 cup oat milk, superfood shopping list
- You can throw a handful of fresh spinach or kale in this. Both Superfoods! shopping list
How to make it
- Throw this all into your personal blender cup, and blend until well blended and hopefully a thick liquid.
- About 50 seconds.
- If it needs more liquid to thin it out use oat milk or orange juice.
- I drink/spoon it out of my blender cup all evening.
- You may want to soak the seeds in the oat milk for a while before adding the rest of your ingredients, remember to stir them up before adding everything else or they will stick to the top/bottom of the cup during blending and you will not get them mixed in.
- Remember that flax seeds must be ground for our bodies to absorb all of the good stuff from them, otherwise they just go straight through.
