How to make it

  • Throw this all into your personal blender cup, and blend until well blended and hopefully a thick liquid.
  • About 50 seconds.
  • If it needs more liquid to thin it out use oat milk or orange juice.
  • I drink/spoon it out of my blender cup all evening.
  • You may want to soak the seeds in the oat milk for a while before adding the rest of your ingredients, remember to stir them up before adding everything else or they will stick to the top/bottom of the cup during blending and you will not get them mixed in.
  • Remember that flax seeds must be ground for our bodies to absorb all of the good stuff from them, otherwise they just go straight through.
  • Drink and enjoy all of the great benefits!
  • According to the internet women over 50 need at LEAST 48 g of protein per day!
