Ingredients

1 c. honey

1/2 c. vinegar

2 c. apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced.

Directions

Heat honey and vinegar in a stainless steel or porcelain pan.

Drop the apples a few at a time into the simmering honey mixture. Skim them out when the apples are transparent. Serve chilled or hot.
