Ingredients

1/2 cup flour

1 Tsp salt

1 Tbl butter, melted

1 Tsp baking Powder

2 eggs beaten

1/2 cup milk

Directions

(if making apple fritters or fruit fritters add 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar more)

If making corn fritters add 2 cups fresh or can corn

If making apple cut up 3-4 apples

Mix dry add wet ingredients.

Add fruit or corn

Heat oil

Drop in 2 tablespoons of fritter batter and serve with confectioners sugar or maple syrup.
