  • I LIKE TO ADD TOMATO SAUCE TO MAKE IT THICKER AND GIVE IT SOME BODY. ADD MORE LIME JUICE FOR A HOTTER SALAD.
  • MAKE A DAY AHEAD!!

    When I was in the Bahamas, the natives would pull the conch out of the water and then out of the shell right in front of us on the beach. Then they would make the most amazing conch salad pretty much like yours.. It was the freshest, most wonderful thing! Thanks for bringing back a nice memory and , of course, for the recipe which I saved!! Helene
