Orangie-Cranberrie Sauce

- 12 ounces fresh cranberries shopping list
- 1 cup country style orange juice (pulp added) shopping list
- Zest of 1 orange shopping list
- 4 TBSP orange marmalade shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a 3 qt. pot (bigger if recipe is doubled) combine all ingredients. Cook over med heat stirring occasionly until cranberries pop and sauce thickens up
- remove from heat and cool to room temp.
- Store in airtight container for at least 2 days so the flavors develope
- Serve at room temp. stir before serving
