This is an awesome coating for chicken and pork and one that is sure to please all.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups corn flake crumbs
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 4 teaspoons dried parsley crushed
  • 1 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions
  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  2. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour into a 5 cup container with a tight fitting lid.
  4. Seal container.
  5. Store in a cool dry place.
