Girdle Busters

This is my variation of a recipe I found some time ago.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 box of confectioner sugar shopping list
- 1 large cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can pie filling of your choice shopping list
- vanilla ice cream shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
- toasted chopped almonds shopping list
- maraschino cherries shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together 1 egg, 1 box of yellow cake mix, and 1 stick of butter and press into oblong baking dish that has been greased and floured with 1 box confectioner sugar- 1 large cream cheese- 2 eggs Blend with mixer til smooth.
- Pour over cake and bake at 350 degrees for 30 -35 min.
- Serve topped with your favorite pie filling, vanilla ice cream, a healthy dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkling of toasted chopped almonds and topped off with a maraschino cherry.
